Fundamental by weakhead Fundamental by weakhead
Fundamental - not as minimal as Litestyle, but it's still simple and useful. It supposed to be mod of elementary at first, but went too far to be named as it. However, it shares excellent color scheme of eGTK.
It's designed to be used with BMPanel2 - GTK panels are skinned with Murrine only to avoid bugs.
Requires Murrine GTK engine (0.98.0 or newer) and Clearlooks GTK engine.

This pack contain themes for:
- GTK
- XFWM4
- PekWM
- Openbox

Make sure to read included README!

Window manager used in preview is PekWM.

Does this theme require Clearlooks? Without it, I see this message in output:

Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "clearlooks",

Its not significant but I don't like warnings either :XD:

Excellent GTK! And very well described too :) Still I can't help but mod the Openbox theme just a little bit ;) but that's my fault, I'm yet to leave a single Openbox theme as it is. But GTK is just excellent.

Thanks for this!

Nice theme. I was not able to get the window decoration working, however this theme looks good using the Lithium window decoration so I have a very smooth and greeting look theme. Thanks for share with us. BTW, this looks great with the Magog White icon set.

Indeed, this is a clever mix between classic and modern.
I really need to reinstall and remember how *box window managers work to try out this theme !

Thanks.
The easiest way is to install Openbox as a replacement for Metacity, since it works great under GNOME session.

I've already been using Openbox, a long time ago. Just have to remember how it works :)

Very clean. I like it. Now if only I could figure out how to make it work...

I'm guessing it's something to do with me not understanding the different theme engines, or having them installed. I'll have to get this working when I have some free time.

You have to use Murrine engine from GIT repository. If you're using Ubuntu, see this: [link]

Have you checked README? It's all in there ;)

A very 'classic' GNOME style, yet at the same time exhibiting some very modern elements. I enjoy this, good work.
